Apply to skin using upward circular movements, taking care around the delicate eye area. For best results use daily after Purifying Palmarosa Facial Wash and Purifying Palmarosa Toner.
I love this Purifying Palmarosa Daily Moisture as the texture is smooth and non-sticky feel. Easy for me to apply my concealer and powder after that. This is my 2nd bottles and will continue using it.
