How to wash your hands properly:
1. Wet hands with running water.
2. Apply enough soap to cover both hands.
3. Scrub all surfaces of the hands – backs of hands, between fingers, under the fingernails.
4. Do this for at least 20 seconds.
5. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a single-use paper towel.
When to wash your hands
· After coughing, sneezing and blowing your nose
